Chandas analyzes your composition on your device. The website and Android app do not send composition text to a Chandas server.

Local draft recovery

Your current composition, per-stanza meter selections, interface language, and editor position are stored in private application or browser storage on your device. Use New in the editor to clear that local draft. Clearing browser/app data also removes it.

Sharing

Sharing happens only when you initiate it. Text is passed to your operating system, browser, or chosen social destination, whose own privacy policy then applies.

Telemetry and accounts

This release has no account system and does not include composition text in telemetry. If optional synchronization or diagnostics are introduced later, this notice will be updated before collection.
